From the Application Manager screen I click on Entity/Copy...



I select an application, select an entity, click Copy Uses Entity, and enter a name for the copied entity. 



And then nothing. I'm using OI 3.7.5 on an NT4 server and a Win2k client.



How do I get this to work?

I just did this myself. No dialog displays but there is a slight delay. I then refreshed my Application Manager and the new window appeared. The only thing I had to do was compile the window before it would run.
