Anders,
I placed a tech support call about this exact same subject last week. I talked to Chris. Perhaps you should give him a call and detail your situation for him to review. Last I heard he was not able to duplicate it on his end, but it was very simple to duplicate on my end.
I have been able to work around it by disabling the code that checks for this in the RDKModuleInstall routine. Obviously, though, we need this fixed.

This is a reproducable bug in RDKInstallInit. We are working on a solution. I'll let you know the status by the end of the week.

Chris,
What is the status on this problem? We have several sights that are updated several times a week with deployments and we're in kind of a bind without that functionality!
