Hi to all in the Revelation Community
I would like to say a big thank you to the following people for the last (almost) 30 years of support using OpenInsight.
Mike Ruane of Revelation USA for his knowledge, support, and bringing OpenInsight from its early days to its current format. Especially taking OI from 16 to 32bit, which allowed CSSP to move with OpenInsight in those early days.
Martyn Phillips from Revelation UK for his support, assistance, licence handling and the like.
Andrew McCauley from Sprezzatura for his skillset, and assistance in all areas OI.
Donald Bakke from SRP for developing the add-on toolsets for OpenInsight allowing CSSP products to look and feel like great modern tools.
CSSP (now without me) have been moving to DotNet/C# for some time and whilst the existing products remain on OpenInsight, they have opted not to continue with the Works Subscription, so I am using the opportunity to say farewell to the Revelation Community on this forum. I will continue to use OpenInsight with the existing licences whilst I am able to.
OpenInsight has been a product that has grown, allowed developers to create great products with tools that are competitive and functional whilst relatively simple for us older generation to code.
Good luck to all Revelation developers, related businesses and users, and to the future of Revelation USA with OIv10 and a final big thanks to Mike Ruane.
Regards
Colin Rule

I can honestly say that some of the wormholes your queries have sent me down, have been some of the most interesting of my time with Rev products.
Good luck with the next section of your life - and don't forget there IS a non-Works forum where queries can still be posted without a Works license.
Anyway you've got our emails so it's not goodbye ;).
Take care
Andrew
