I found Apache web server reasonably easy to setup - and its free.  If you are running win2000 I believe there is a build available.  In my early fumbling tests I ran apache on an old win98 pc on the network.  Also been testin Apache + OIcgi on a linux server on same network.  Once you get the hang of it - suprisingly easy to access LH and to knock out some simple screens.
