Revelation Software will email you back an authorization code. This code will give you a full OI 9.2 with no restrictions. You have already downloaded and installed the OI 9.2 evaluation system. In the OpenInsight 9.2 directory you will find a program called REAUTH.EXE. Run this program. It will ask you for an authorization code. Enter in the authorization code you got from completing the above Upgrade Authorization Form. This will turn your OpenInsight 9.2 evaluation system into a full OpenInsight system with your works serial number. The 9.2 'list tables' functionality works well with simple MSSQL databases and less well with other flavors of SQL. We are working on an upgrade that addresses these issues. What flavor of SQL are you using? If Microsoft SQLServer, which driver did you choose? I have the best success with the SQLServer OLEDB driver. I'd be happy to work with you to make sure that the upgrade suceeds with your database.
