We have a particular form in our software, and if we open it and modify it in the form designer, then save it and deploy it onto another site, once the upgrade has been installed on the site, until the server itself has opened that particular form for actual use and in runtime, all the other user's OI's will crash everytime the window is attempted to be opened, once its opened on the server it will work fine...



this is using OI 7.2.1 btw...
