Hi, David.
If you log in to SYSPROG on the desktop, on the IDE you can find the Settings menu. Choose "Users", and then "User Setup", and then (from the left hand panel) choose "OICONSOLE." You can then change the password for the OICONSOLE user. Be sure to check that the OICONSOLE user isn't "disabled", if you had a number of failed login attempts.
Depending on your version of OI 10, and how you have your eserver.cfg configured, you may have the explicit (old) password for the OICONSOLE in the settings - look for the line that begins "WebServerConnection_console=". If the third comma-delimited parameter isn't an asterisk ("*"), then be sure to change that value to the new password (or replace it with an "*", and you won't have to change it again...)
