Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Since letting you know the routine ran fine after Ii compressed the file. When I continue to use the updated table in another routine it falls over again.

I checked the updated table for GFE's and guess what had the same fault as before - frame 0 'free frame list is not sorted'.

Will try and compress it again to see if it will get rid of it as I need to get this data built asap.
