AREV32 Reference material (Arev32)

'Arev32 Installation Guide.pdf' found in the root of OI. This

does need some modifications as to how OI should start AREV32 but

most of it is still the guideline for AREV32 conversions. Any fixes to the start up process and AREV32 issues can be found in the README file of Upgrades under the AREV32 section.

Conversion process and startup works much better now than the first versions.

Still havent got a fully working version, have to try and identify where my problem is before I post anything.
