SYSPROG and EXAMPLES should be error free, but unfortunately (and I'd call this a bug) even if they are, scan_rep will report some issues. Do not delete anything unless you are absolutely sure it is not required by the system for any reason!!!

On other hand the errors in other apps less likely to impact unless we have inherited entities. As recommended elsewhere in thread, do NOT clean out errors in SYSPROG or SAMPLE application unless you are absolutly sure (and have a backup).
