O4W installed and is working on windows7 32 bit

When trying to run it on our server I have some problems…

OI Vers 92 - Upgrade

Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit

JAVA 32 BIT VERSION installed and updated

Oengineserver running as service

Firefox

When I run java -jar oesocketserver.jar I get a msg

Could not listen on port:8088

Also tried to change the port to another number, and changed the eserver.cfg file but same error comes up

I can see the start.htm page with O4W details

but when clicking on users (or any item) the following appear
