New system editor (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

I start the editor, open an existing stored procedure, place the cursor on any command, press F1 –] what I get is a message saying "No help is available". I have the latest version of OI 7.0, running on Win XP pro, UTF8 character mode. The weird thing is that on SYSPROG it works, as well as on another application (W_GUESS), but not on my main application (INSIDECH).

Maybe… anything to do with promoted events?
