User License Count deducting and locking out concurrent users (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Hello again, still pending some information that may assist us in offering a final resolve to a client. Windows 2000 OS and Workstations, no Novell ever, no Windows2k, OI 4.1.3, Netdrv 1.5.

When max user count is being utilized and for an example the 11th concurrent user( on a 10 count user license)logs in they receive the error warning "too many users", which is normal, however at that point the license is actually deducted and one less user can enter into the application. The only way to correct the situation is to recycle the server, and this happens daily. Anything you can offer would be of great assistance to us and would help to offer final resolve.

Do you have a logon proc specified - if so could you post (or email us) the code? We have seen similar behaviour now you come to mention it but under VERY specific circumstances. So we do have some ideas to explore.

I will speak with my development team and the networking staff to see what I can get to you. We also think it has something to do with the clients infrastructure. Thanks and I will see what I can get posted for you.
