User running in a Citrix environment.
From a menu on an OI form I call
Ret_Val = RTI_BRW_Generatereport(BRW_Report_Group, "*", OutPutName, RptType, OverListID, RptDetails, UseGUI, "")
Nothing happens BRW does not run. Works fine on my machine and many other installs. Any ideas?

Hi Jim,
did you run ClientSetup.exe from the Citrix server as an administrator, right? If so, did you run it accessing your database server on a UNC (which in some cases doesn't work properly) or a mapped drive (which usually runs and installs properly)?

When launching the BRW as described above, does Citrix require any setup (settings) for the BRW, they have OI running fine.

This was caused by Windows not having a printer installed.
