It is a third party form. Actually there are several. They are big companies (Aetna, MetLife, Cigna etc.) and will not let me format the data directly into their data format (i.e. XML).

Since you cant send HTTP transactions (XML records) to the site it sounds like your only method of working with the site is by hand. A browser plugin that can access your OpenInsight data via some method (OEngineServer/OECGI2/.NET/etc) and then understand the form to dump the values into the browser page might be helpful. Perhaps there is a scripting tool for your browser that could perform this task.
