One of the "nice" features of Arev is the ability to have popups with multi line titles. Of course, in OI this is not possible. But the functionality could be achieved for "on the fly" popups by modifying the creation of the popup dialog box to allow a block of text to be displayed above the edit box of popped-up information. I suppose it is a modification to popup_sub that is required, and allowing for an extra value to be passed in TypeOveride. Questions are:

1. Has anybody done this?

2. Would you be prepared to share the code is you have?

3. If nobody has done this, anybody want it if I do it?

Jonathan,

Yep that's one of the things I miss in OI – No multi-line text in the standard Popup Title area. This could be something useful in the Collaborative area and it would be something that I would definitely incorporate into our App.

I don't remember the detail, but the collaborative idea was originally exciting, but the conditions at the time were oppressive and discouraging. I think that with the new leadership things are more open.

Thanks,
