Netware 4 and OI 4.0.1 (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

The situation is that we get the filing system installation error REPOS_BFS message when we try and run using the NLM1.5. The network matrix refers to the driver 1.5c being in the 4.0.2 upgrade. However it is available in our 4.0.1. Is the solution to upgrade to 4.0.2 or is something else going on here?
