As this was mentioned in the Beta Issue tracker here's the documentation for RTI_IsInteractiveStation().
bInteractive = RTI_IsInteractiveStation()This function returns TRUE$ if the _engine_ process is running on an interactive station (i.e. it is running on a user's desktop process, and NOT running as part of a Windows service app). This is basically a non-PS version of the SYSTEM INTERACTIVE property.
