We found that on compiling our reports with OIPI Pro installed that that anywhere we had put borders around tables (TB_ALL etc) that the frames no longer appeared.
We have solved this very simply - after days of looking for the problem elsewhere. We were using, for example TB_ALL in the set_printer statements and we changed it to the equates number 7 - probably the proper thing to do in the first place but we had used the TB_ALL so we new what was happening in the older versions. Maybe this may account for other problems too.
We have still not got rid of the -5 problem with START32 except it we rename exe to OIOI32 then we get error -1

I am in email contact with Tony Splaver and we are working thru the start32 problem.
At this stage it appears there is no OIPI32.EXE being installed.
Will keep you all informed.
