Create table failure (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

When trying to create a new table in OI7.0 we received a message saying that the volume label was the same as another volume label, I can't remember the exact message as this was performed by another user and the create table failed. Now when we try to create the table, having detached the offending volume, we get a message saying that the dictionary already exists and the an FS200 message saying the table is unavailable.
Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.

Simplest is probably to attach the REVMEDIA using AliasTable, find the DICT file, delete the entry, delete the corresponding DOS files, reattach and resave the DBT.
