Your question brings to mind that we don't have any notification method for new KB articles except for the widget on the main revelation.com page. Perhaps an RSS feed for KB articles would be a good feature.

Do you subscript to the discussion board RSS feed now? Do you think a KB RSS feed would be a useful feature?
