Large fonts and whacky prining (Reporter Specific)

OI is using windows to handle the printing, so any printer that windows supports should work with OI. Am I missing something?

First, are you certain they are using the correct print driver?
Second, are they changing the printer through a dialog box while running Reporter or is this the default printer? If the former, this generally makes reports much larger (or smaller sometimes) than the original size.
