Hasx anyone had any exsperience running AREV over a WAN. I'm running off of an NT 4.0 server with Cisco routersx and Paradyne multiplexors on each end of the network. We are running TCP/IP on both endsx with NetBuei for backup on the LAN side. My problem ixs printing. We are using a select.print in AREV which simply allows us to select our printers and then print. This can be used within an R/Basic program or r/list. When we first set up everything worked fine using net use commands to replace capture commands which no longer worked. I also put pdisk prn commands before the net use command to capture the printerport. This works fine in the loc where the server resides but does not work on the other side of the WAN. I keep getting device name in use ERROR 85. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have printers set up for the remote servers? Does this not print direct through ARev? Can you do a type file]lptx from a PC or SUSPEND and get the info?
