Depending on the structure of your tables you have 2 main options.

1. If the tables are of a basic format and don't have mutiv-valued fields you can use the Data Export facility provided within Arev. This can be found under the Utilities/Export menu. (Assuming you are running Arev3.x)

2. If you have a more complex data structure then you will probably want(need) to write a routine to export the data for you into a normalised format. There are many developers on this forum who would be more than happy to help you.
