FS1006: Unable to Access Linear Hash Files (Networking Products)

To all,
We got a new HP Server running SBS Windows 2003.
We cannot run OI on the server when the LH Service is running. We get an FS1006 msg "Unable to access Linear Hash Files." We get this message when we click the short-cut using a "mapped" drive. However, if we just use "D" on the server, we don't even get that far

However, if we stop the LH service and put it into debug mode, it will bring up OI.
OI will run on the workstations, but not on the server (unless we are debug mode.) We have uninstall and install the service. We have checked the permission setting, etc.
The RevParam is: Readonly=False Serveronly=True
The computer is a 3.2ghz Xeon with 2 Gig Memory, Serial ATA, Raid 1, SBS Windows 2003.
RTI ask that I post the query here for help. Anyone have any idea or suggestions?
Thanks,

To all,
Thanks to all who looked at this, but were mystified.
Problem resolved.
What can I say…some user error on top of need to make security setting on a Windows 2003 Server.
Wishing everyone a Happy New Years, etc.

Ray - Glad to hear that it was resolved. Was it the Data Execution Protection feature in Win 2003 server or was it any of the other items I suggested you check in the emails going back and forth between us that did it?
I'd like to know since the web site's search on FS1006 may not yield all the results we'd like to find.

For anyone interested in learning more about Data Execution Prevention(not Protection),the link to Microsoft's website for the article I referred Ray to is here.
