AREV simply addresses LPT1-3. If the network captures the port AREV is printing to then you should be good to go. Or are you trying to configure printer drivers for a non-standard printer?

Printing to a network printer from AREV is rather simple if:

1 - You print to LPT1,2,3 and have that port directed to a network printer (capture etc.)

2 - It seems not to matter what printer driver is loaded. This will be used only for windows programs

3 - The printer can print from DOS. Not all laser printers can print from DOS.

4 - You print raw PCL commands to the printer: examples

- reset=ESC %-12345X, landscape=ESC &l1O, bold=ESC (s3B

Once you figure get the PCL codes sorted out then you can print any form desired: lines, boxes, shading, sideways, upsidedown, landscape, legal, and on an on.

Have fun
