I?m still trying to get OICGI to work here. I?ve got NT Server 4.0 (SP3) and IIS 4.0 Beta. I?m still getting the error ?Server is not available or CGI has not access rights?. I tried the fix found in the knowledge base but it still did not work. The instructions say add a new key called CreateProcessAsUser. Is this supposed to be a new Key or a DWORD value? I have tried both (and String Value) but no luck. Any suggestions?
