I'm working with Advanced Revalation 3.01, Novell NetWare 4.0, Win 98 installed on the stations, and also I have installed the Revelation NLM on the NetWare server, and the LHIPXTSR.COM on the stations.

Any idea that could help to reduce these error messages?

What's the packet size set to on the server and clients? You might have to hard code a specific value into the LH.NLM if the value is far off the default.
