Is there any way to get tool tips for bitmaps? At the moment only buttons have this feature of "balloon Help".

I need it because i have use bitmaps as buttons and used the BTN97 functions to get a "mouse over" feature. Problem is that i don't have tool tips on the bitmaps.

Any help would be great.
