Does anyone have any experience with CTI Intergation (Computer Telephony Intergration) using OI.

Is this doable in OI? Are tools availables?

I read a reference (dated 1997) that Microsoft Telephony API could be called from OI. As I remember, there were no follow-up on this that the API were in fact used and it did work. I think Aaron K wrote this (??). (Aaron are you there or are you here?)

Any comments or experience would be helpful. We are looking into this and may need future assistance in a potentially exciting project.

P.S. Someonw asked if there were any "White Paper" on this subject on the RTI site. I don't think so, but I will ask. Are there?
