AREV 3.12 Win95 NPP Driver? (AREV Specific)

When I finished the upgrade and installing the LANPACKS, and went to check the network driver, the "All networks driver" was not present.

The NPP needs to be reinstalled. ARev 3.12 shipped with some serious bug fixes to the network drivers. Since all drivers were changed, and there were some older ones that should have been removed, it was decided the best way to accomplish the task was to overwrite the existing file.
