I recently upgraded a customer from AREV 2.1 to 3.12. I also added 3 single user LANPACK disks. They were originally using "All networks driver 1.1.1.0"

When I finished the upgrade and installing the LANPACKS, and went to check the network driver, the "All networks driver" was not present.

The customer says they have the NPP. Does it simple need to be reinstalled? Or what is the correct coarse of action? Thanks much for your help! [email protected]

The NPP needs to be reinstalled. ARev 3.12 shipped with some serious bug fixes to the network drivers. Since all drivers were changed, and there were some older ones that should have been removed, it was decided the best way to accomplish the task was to overwrite the existing file.
