ENG0805 LH.DLL LH (OpenInsight Specific)

Got a customer with Novell Small Business server and several clients. All clients run Win98 or similar. One runs Win2000. On the Win2000 client she gets the ENG0805 LH.DLL LH message when she tries to run OI from the server.
From discussions here I see the culprit can be a missing Novell Client. Her Windows\System32\ folder contains nwipxspx.dll but not nwcalls.dll. (Her Windows\System\ folder contains both, but I assume it's the 32-bit version she needs.)
The guy responsible for my customer's network is away for a few days. How can I help her in the meantime? Is it just a matter of getting hold of the proper version of nwcalls.dll and copy that into her Windows\System32\ folder?
Can the OI Client Install help???

Oy,
A few quick questions:
Has the OI client been installed before?
What Novell Client 32 version is she using?
Are you using the Revelation NLM?
Looking at the .dlls that the OI client install installs, there is no nwcalls32.dll (If that was what you were hoping to find). Still, if it has not been installed go ahead and do it. Then I would put on the Novell 4.8 client (or at least 4.71). That in itself may clear up the problem.
I take it that you have seen This?
Let me know if I can help further,

No.

The network guy, who's back on Monday, will have to answer that.

No.

I'll mail my customer a copy of the client install with these instructions.

No, but I'll mail this also to my customer.

Thanks a lot! I do hope your advice so far is sufficient to clear up the problem.
