OI user management fro AREV32 (AREV Specific)

Hi, My AREV32 CTO app (FD_INV) runs from OI with the user that I setup during the AREV32 conversion. I have added a new user (JEF) in The OI Database Manager and have checked the option "Create AREV32 User" in the OI Database Manager Environment Settings. JEF can open the OI app but opening the AREV32_STANDALONE_FORM errs on login before starting to open the form. Just for grins I added a JEF VOC but that didn't help. What should I do?
Thanks,
Jim

Did you check the option before or after adding the user?

Definitely before adding the user.

Did you login to OI as SYSPROG, then run the AREV32_STANDALONE_FORM, runmenu STARTUP, Options, User, JEF, and see the settings of the user and the associated Environment of it?
The environment row could have bogus entries.

Hi Dave,
Yes and the user JEF record has not been created in SYSENV I am preventd from creating it through the user interface in AREV32.
A clue may be that when I first started working with SYSPROG Options-] Users they were assigned to the old arev3.12 app name AFFINV. FD_INV did not appear on the applications popup in the Users window. Based on what I saw in the XORSYS page you referred me to I copied the AFFINV row to FD_INV in SYSENV. I had changed the app name from AFFINV to FD_INV at the time of the arev32 conversion.
This is not the other app from a copy that you warned me about yesterday!
Thanks,
Jim

Bob Orsini found that the app was using a OpenEngine that was in a different folder. It had been setup to run automatically for RevCmd. Now I can login using new OI users.
I want to thank everyone for their help.
