AREV has a special index designed to store lists of keys in sorted order but it is limitied in lenth to 64K - when you hit this limit this message appears. The solution is to remove this index. At TCL type DICT FILENAME then press F6 and choose Quickdex Data File. It will tell you that the datafile is quickdexed and ask if you want to remove it. Answer yes and you're away!
