I am having some problems getting my changes to a multi-page form to work correctly.

As I mentioned yesterday, I hacked together a quick program to remove the virtual page marks from all of the prompts. I then went through the form, selected all of my prompts and prompt labels for each logical page, and redefined the pages. I even adjusted the prompt order for every prompt to ensure that all prompts (including symbolics) had the same physical and logical order.

However, the flow is still not working quite right. The window has 5 pages. Using the "PAGE DOWN" key moves from screen 1 to 2, 2 to 3, then it skips 4 and moves straight to 5. However, if I use the "DOWN ARROW", the pagination works correctly. Also, if I try to "PAGE UP" it puts the window in an infinite loop and I have to completely kill my session.

We do have a lot of prompts that have hidden labels. Could these be causing my problem or is there something more basic that I have done wrong?

This is driving me crazy and has put the halt to my current project.

TIA,

Well, don't I feel stupid.

I had a number of protected and symbolic prompts on the window, and I was including them in my virtual page definitions.

I went back through the window and just grabbed the "real" data entry prompts on each virtual page and used them to define the pages.

Everything is working perfectly now.

(It's amazing what looking at the original window will teach you :)
