Running arev from an icon I do not receive expanded memory. If I run cmd I receive expanded memory most of the time but not all. The MEM command is always corrected, meaning when arev finds EMS it reports EMS.

Find the _DEFAULT.PIF
the program should be cmd.exe and make sure that EMS is allocated in the settings.
If you don't have _DEFAULT.PIF create a shortcut of the AREV.EXE, save it as _DEFAULT, change the settings as noted above and place it in the Windows folder (or is it the System folder).

We have located the _default.pif prior to the posting and made the necessary changed to the memory tab for 2048 of expanded memory.

Why 2048 and not 4096?
From memory (pun) Arev uses half of what allocated. BUT DONT allocate more than 4096.
