Is it just me or do the rest of you have the problem
of time outs on the www.revelation.com site? There are times when I get 3 - 5 timeouts in a row while I try to read the next message in this great discussion forum.
I use a product called Neotrace that does a neat graphical
display of the route and timings similar to the dos tracert
command.
Whenever I get a slow response on the rev site
I quickly tell Neotrace to see where the slowness is
and 99% of the time it is www.revelation.com not responding. A few of the times it was the revelation-technologies.boston.mci.net router which was just above www.revelation.com. They may be in the same room for all I know.
I humbly suggest to revelation technologies that they review
the capacity of their server and get some more power. There are some super WEB servers out there now and the prices are great.
The content of the site is great (B+) but the responsiveness seems
to be somewhat lacking (D-).

Yup, it's horribly slow.
50% of my responses to threads fail to post after several tries.
Now what?

I agree, seems between 13:00 & 16:00 East coast time, I receive
frequent timeouts running IE4.0. Normally I dont even try
to access the page during this time frame
