It pointed you to the documentation on how to use POPUP_MONTH and POPUP_YEAR which are free utilities with OI. You should have the source code available to you so just look at those routines/windows and you should be able to easily figure it out.
Alternatively, you can use OLE to load a calendar OCX. Most machines come standard with one or more calendar controls. If you look at our white paper on Using OLE in OpenInsight it will show you how to do this.
