Edit Mode (OpenInsight 16-Bit Specific)

This particular set of reports displays the printer dialogue box and then after printer resorts to edit mode and displays the report in edit mode. Closing out the report returns to the programming. I am not using /ED. I am using /PR and /BA in the command line. I am also using /UN and /AP along with /QU. The correct report displays. I have tried adding /ED=0 and /ED=1 with no change in behavior. I am using OIv2.61. What else could cause this?
