I have installed REV NLM 1.5 on two servers with no problems. On the 3rd server:

I ran Arev install /x,

chose install from the menu,

inserted the REV NLM workstation disk into A: and pressed enter,

Sounds like a problem with the system VERBS file. First restore from a backup as the install crashed halfway through.

Then run LHVERIFY or DUMP and Ctrl+F to fix the VERBS file as it may have a GFE or similar error.

Also check that the DOS file mentioned has an owner under Netware and is set to Read, Write, Sharable RWS
