OpenInsight And OIPI Problem (OpenInsight Specific)

I am using OIPI to print from OpenInsight and have a problem which I have been trying to resolve for several days now without success.
My client is running NT Workstation v4.0 sp3 for all clients and NT Server v4.0 sp3 on the server. They have two Epson DFX5000 printers
attached via a print server box. There is no issue printing to the printer from all applications including OpenInsight.
My issue is using custom forms. I have set up some custom forms on the server and they are available through other Windows apps. Using OIPI I can see the forms using a Get_Printer "PAGESIZES". Forms 1 to 41 are the standard forms and 42 to 45 are my custom forms.
When I use the Set_Printer 'INIT' message to specify the form height, length and form number, where the form number is less than 42 I get a status code of 1 (success) and the printout prints to the printing device but the form feed length is incorrect. Using a form number greater than 41 returns a status of -110 and the printout disappears.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or is there any other solutions other than OIPI to print using a custom form whilst providing adequate printing performance for high volume printing
on a dot matrix printer.
Thanks

OIPI is not a Revelation product.
Suggest you contact Tony Splaver direct.

Mike,
Would you mind posting your Set_Printer("INIT") statement? We've printed to some custom sized forms without any problems so I just want to see how your approach differs. Perhaps I can suggest a workaround.
