Any suggestions?

If you are running a dual or quad core machine or multi processors this is a known problem. There is speculation as to the cause but it revolves around the fact that IDX_SETS is assembler. FWIW we are currently working on a fix for this for a client and expect to productise this subsequently.

All,

We discovered this exact problem here. At the time the only option was to upgrade to AREV32 which did resolve the issue.
