Here's a good one.
NT workstations service pack 4. Networked environments. Novell 3.x & 4.x LH Client installed using /p option. Novell NT Client 4.6, 4.3.
Arev 3.111
There are two problems related to time in our environment.
1. After logging onto to AREV and you check the time the time displayed is in the future mabe 4 to 6 to 10 to 14 hours. Exit AREV and reload, the time is ok.
2. After logging into AREV and checking the time, the time is ok but after a while the minutes start advancing like seconds, but the date never advances.
Always, unloading AREV and reloading will set the time back correctly.
Alway the time displayed on the NT session, lower right corner is accurate.
We have tried several brands of PCs and still have these problems. They most often appear on the Petium II class of pcs, but we see them on the standard Pentiums as well.
We have never had the time stray in the DOS environment.
Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

I have seen something similar to this happen when interfacing two computers together and the daylight savings settings differed on the two machines. I didn't follow the problem further than that, but maybe this will point you in the right direction.

Try using the synctime function from my website - it syncs the workstation time with a Novell server. May help to patch the problem while you're looking for a cause. The source code has been published up here before.
