Hi All

We have a customer who has recently applied our 32 Bit upgrade CD which contains upgrades from 7.1.0 through to 7.2.1, they were already on version 7.0.0. After implementing the 7.1.0, 7.1.1, 7.2.0 and 7.2.1 upgrades they have noticed that when a message appears on screen using the Message_Box command an entry is placed on the Windows Task Bar, the icon accompanying the message is the old version 7.0.0 OInsight icon with the number 32 across it.

The customer applied the upgrades CD directly on the Server which is running Windows Server 2003, when we tested the individual OI upgrades in house we noticed that the version of InstallShield used by RevTech didn't appear to always be copying across all the files and was skipping parts of the OI upgrades. Therefore, I am concerned that some of the files from one of the relevant upgrades haven't gone in properly to the customer system hence why they have a version 7.0.0 icon appearing. The version of the customers OEngine.exe file is stating its at version 7.2.1.

Does anyone know if it's ok for the customer to run these upgrades again on their current system without having to restore back to a version 7.0.0 system ? I would guess it is ok as the upgrades only appear to overwrite\provide DLLs, Exes and CHM files, having re-applied the upgrades twice in here to the same system it appears to be ok.

Thanks for any help.

Jon
