Can you give any clues as to what the problem may be, I assume it is a PC error, but in what area.

I got them to rerun the WorkStation OIPI setup, it also had a PageFault error when OK click on the "Installation Complete" message.

OIPI caused an invalid page fault in

module OLETHK32.DLL at 0167:7f9b502e.
