This setup was working fine for the last few months. The server was rebooted this weekened, and now they get an FS1108 before they can enter their login UserID/PWD.

The port # is open, they can ping the server from the workstation and the admin get's the error too when signing on.

Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Asking the obvious, do you still have access to \\fm-spr1\data2\mapcon?

Yes.

It appears they did not log the users out of the system before downing the server. As a result, there are GFEs in the root system files, including REVMEDIA, which seems to be causing the problems. Found it out via the LH3SRVC.LOG file.

Still haven't heard for sure yet, but restoring their root folder will probably fix it up.

Thanks!
