rebuild of relational index creates runtime error (AREV Specific)

file and gets a good ways into building the indexes and
then breaks with a runtime error. I have confirmed it
has built most of the the index but not all. Is this a memory
problem? We have 31000 invoice records and 40000 customer
records. Is the runtime caused by a 64k limit being reached

PS: If I go to update the index, it does not do any processing
just acts like I saved the request.

I then ran the rebuild again. This time it broke as follows:

Line "0" broke because a run time error was encountered.
I then got some spurious messages, "401" and "W551"
