Problems w/ OICGI (Re-post) (OpenInsight Specific)

I have tried both (and String Value) but no luck. Any suggestions?

Well there are a couple of issues here but what we have found so far (with a lot of help from the lab) is that the users need to have the "Logon as service" checked … if this fails, setting them up as administrators always seems to work! Also ensure there isn't a new desktop being created along the way….
