A problem with characters 0xF5 (245) and higher in message boxes (discussed in a thread on this forum) has been fixed by a patch which is now available for download.

Cameron,

I note that the two patches are of same publish date as the 3.61 update.

1. Do I take it that the 3.61 includes these or are the extra to?

2. Do we need to apply the patches to Runtime versions ( via our own deployments or whatever)

3. I note the method/example for copying in the second patch was a repeat of the first. Just a note that better to use a generic example or be specific. Got me confused for half a second

These are patches that have been released after 3.61. This means:

1. These patches are not included in 3.61
2. We support these patches only when applied to 3.61

2. Do we need to apply the patches to Runtime versions ( via our own deployments or whatever)

If you find that you need the patch in the development of your application or if your customers have the problem which is fixed by the patch, then you need to deploy these to your customers' deployed applications, whether deployed on run-times or full development licenses.
