Arev 3.12 on a Window NT network running NT service 1.5. All workstations work fine , except one, which is a DELL running windows 2000. When attempting to start Arev we get the message "Unable to access linear hash files, Error=FS1019 Unable to open boot media map"

Checked that the SYSTEM user has every access everywhere - and it has. Any clues?

Check the event log on the workstation. See if there's a named pipes error there.
